Check-in and check-out Booked beds / rooms are available at the earliest from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-in for reservations only until 18:00 clock, please announce delays always by e-mail or phone. New Year’s Eve excepted. Guaranteed, even with check-in after 18:00, only fully paid in advance bookings (credit card or bank transfer).
On the day of departure, the beds / rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest. Otherwise, a prior arrangement with the hotel staff is necessary.
Otherwise, the amount of the advance payment must be agreed in advance.
The total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance upon arrival. For reservations during trade fairs, public holidays and regional events, a deposit must be paid in full. ootel.co Berlin asks the customer to confirm their booking by paying a deposit or depositing credit card details.
If the customer does not fulfill this obligation, the ootel.co Berlin does not guarantee for the accommodation. The agreed prices include the respective statutory value added tax.
If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the performance of the contract exceeds four months and the price charged by ootel.co for such services generally increases, this may increase the contractually agreed price, but not more than 10%.
In the event of late payment, ootel.co is entitled to charge interest in the amount of the usual market interest. ootel.co is entitled to demand a reasonable advance payment or security deposit during or after conclusion of the contract, taking into account the legal provisions for package holidays.
The amount of the advance payment and the payment dates can be agreed in writing in the contract. If the guest decides in favor of the category “Non refundable booking” the payment of the full booking amount is due immediately on booking and can be requested by the hotel at any time.
